The house
Las Bayol, a family home at the heart of the Domaine de Pautard
Between Monflanquin and Villeréal, among fields and woods, this old Lot-et-Garonne house has been fully renovated while keeping its character: exposed stone, beams and colourful shutters. The house and its outbuildings sleep up to 12 guests, in the peace and gentle pace of the countryside.
The house
4 bedrooms · up to 8 guests
On the ground floor: two air-conditioned double bedrooms, Léopard and Mauve, sharing a bathroom, with a superb view over the surrounding countryside.
Upstairs, under the roof: the charming Attic room beneath exposed beams, sleeping three, and a small room with a trundle bed, each with its own bathroom.
The house can be rented on its own, or together with the outbuildings to welcome up to 12 guests.
The outbuildings
In addition to the house · 2 air-conditioned bedrooms
A few steps from the house, the outbuildings hold two bedrooms, Verveine and Bégonia. Spacious and full of light, each opens onto its own terrace in the middle of nature: a quiet, private spot for part of the family or a group of friends.
Rented together with the house, they bring capacity up to 12 guests.
The grounds
The pool and hot tub are completely private, for your use only. Around the house there is plenty to enjoy on summer days: a pétanque court, a tennis court (playable, older surface), a ping-pong table and, under the large covered terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue for meals outdoors.
